13stone 3lbs!!!! WTF
That was my goal weight for the end of the month, not the first week…how has this happened! I just weighed myself on the same scales, before lunch and I am 4.1Kg lighter than when I got on those scales two weeks prior.
NOW, I may have had more food in my belly at that time, but not 4.1 kg of food!
I need to speak with my friend Kier about it, but I think this means I gota get strength building right away!!!…could be worse! :)
