Training and Weight update.
Well…training tonight was kickboxing and I felt…well tired. After ofcourse…but all the way thought. Feel like I am either over doing it a bit…or I’m at “The Wall”….that time where your body is saying, ‘Im going to have to change if you keep this up” so it holds on to what it has, to see if you force the change. Thats the way I see it. Im not going to do a double day tomorrow, just my upper body session at FSI-GYM after work. But I think its a case of battling through it. I got 3 weeks till my fight and I am still 88kg, I am fighting at 86, so next couple of weeks Im going to be REALLY strict with my diet. As I want to be able to eat plenty of carbs the three days before my fight so I am full of energy for it.
What do people think about this? You get this often? you ever felt hitting “The Wall”?

Eat a lot of vegetables and drink a lot of water. It happens to everybody, don´t worry :)

all the time! also why not try a rumble and just cut the weight like 2 hours before weigh in….worked for him lol
