Im still finding dead lifts a REAL tricky bastard, all about pushing through my heels and not going up onto the balls of my feet…also, keeping my back straight as well as bending my legs that low and gripping the bar is hard enough…never mind standing back up…
I lost all my upper body progress over xmas, so I am now happy to be back at being able to do 4 proper pull-ups (from straight Arm), I know thats not a lot but it’s progress.
Il start posting my workouts now your on here again tho philly… monitor my progress too!
