TODAY
Started this morning, 6.45am, wake up, start training with my kickboxing coach Scott for an hour of hard graft…work till now…NOW…off to FSI Gym for some Strength and conditioning. Lots of squats and lots of jumps!
Tonight, well its Chinese new year and my GF is from Hong Kong so we are off out for some Chinese food. Hoping for some great food but hope its not expensive as I am officially in the month of SKINT!!!
By the way since new year I have lost 5lbs and tonesd up a bit. Need to loose another 5lbs by Feb 25th for my return to the ring in a FC Kickboxing Match.
2012 so far your riding me like a be-atch, but I havent fell yet (might of buckled a bit) and I’m about to kick your ass! OoossS!
