OH MY GOD!
MY F’n KNEE!!!! So its not too bad, like I mean im not in ‘pain’. But…It is hindering me again this weekend. Had sports therapy on it last week…and I think it was a negative experience. Have had discomfort and fluid build up or swelling, when exercising on it since. I want to be fit again!
I mean FIT FIT…im good now, I have not lost any weight that I had put on, but I have trimed down and gained muscle. I know this…cause Im stronger!
I was on course to be Fighting fit by end of jan, but if I dont get back to full functionality this week, I am going to be SOOOOO annoyed.
I can do this…I know I can…
