Log book
just purchased a small note book to record everthing i do at the gym
weights: how many reps/sets and how much weight
Cardio: how far/long it takes on the bike treadmill etc
hoping this will keep me bettering myself every time i go to the gym (which will be mainly mon-fri as im not in work till night time, if at all thru the week)
I need one of these too bro! plus I do super sets, Il tell you some when I write them down, when I get a book! lol
